Web Banking transactions transmitted over the
Internet are secure provided that they are encrypted. It is the responsibility of
the eBank to ensure that all transmissions are encrypted. The user can
confirm that encryption is occurring by checking that a small lock appears in the task bar at the
lower right hand side of browser window when arriving at the Internet banking
login page.
